Haha, I always get carried away and seem to be incapable of writing anything short even when I'm only planning to write a little ficlet!
Dramanice and Dramacool seem to have at least some Aibou episodes subbed, though some are raw. Like most crime shows, it's pretty episodic, so you can probably jump in anywhere, though you appreciate the character development more if you watch from the start. For what it's worth, I know of one person who started with Season 11 without any problems figuring out what was going on.
