That means the fandom has three fics, so yeah, it's definitely out. Sorry! (For what it's worth, I know how you feel; I have tons of fandoms where I either wrote a fic myself, or requested it in an exchange.) But your other fandom passes with flying colors -- I forgot to write this in the FAQ, but fics written in English are the only ones that count for this challenge.
